Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore - Miami Beach

If I visit Miami Beach again would return here. It's a quaint hip new hotel nestled in an urban style building. Supper friendly staff provides an excellent service...

It was updated, fancy and with a balcony.

Our room was neat, provided with a large balcony and the outside window, as example. Lots of food for breakfast, it was amazing! The location was favourable, right at Mr Jones.

Its breakfast should have been included.

It has a lovely bar and awesome and lovely staff. The premier king room is impeccable and has an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The service is exceptional, includes secure parking.

Relatively new hotel, very clean and good location.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud and the street can be heard in the room, despite the closed windows.

Had a brilliant stay! The rooftop pool had breathtaking views, and the food at the on-site café was consistently fresh. I loved the spacious shower and comfy bed!

Top location, modern, clean rooms

Fitness room very small, room on side street without any view, sometimes loud deliveries by truck early in the morning, parasol on the beach not included and for $ 27 a day to rent which is an exorbitant price!

Famous and spotless hotel with great view of the beach. Marvellous, magnificent location on how to arrive from the airport.

The restaurant on site was a real treat, and the relaxing pool area was just what we needed after a long day. I loved lounging by the pool with the beach towels provided, and it was great to soak in the chill vibe around the outdoor heated swimming pool. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit pricey, but it’s totally worth it for such a lovely stay! 🌊

The location is great. In the middle of shops, restaurants and very close to the beach. Own loungers with umbrella and towels included. The hotel's own pool is very, very nice. Afternoons in the shade. Ideal in high summer. As a guest you get 15% in the restaurant. A shuttle from AND to the airport is included. (August 2018 MIA)

For a hotel in this price range, I would like to see more courtesy from the staff and better daily cleaning of the hotel room.

Would recommend for a fleeting trip

Comfortable bed, clean room, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The location is excellent, just a short five-minute walk to the beach.

Good was the free sun bed and towel service for the nearby beach.

Less appealing was the price of the parasol, which was not included in the free services, of $27

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the shops on Lincoln Road. The room was modern and spacious, with a cozy balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The staff were friendly.

The parking rates were a bit high.

The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the skyline.

The front desk staff was often unhelpful and difficult to reach.
